{"id":16714,"date":"2014-02-11T04:42:44","date_gmt":"2014-02-11T02:42:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=16714"},"modified":"2014-02-11T04:42:44","modified_gmt":"2014-02-11T02:42:44","slug":"sita-recruits-specialist-service-delivery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/sita-recruits-specialist-service-delivery.html","title":{"rendered":"SITA Recruits Specialist Service Delivery (8 Vacancies)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Purpose of the job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To support in the development, establishment and maintenance of Service Level Agreements, Operational Level<br \/>\nAgreements, Underpinning Contracts and Project Charters related to Service Management Centre services with the<br \/>\nkey objective of ensuring the consistent and efficient support and services are provided to customers through<br \/>\ncommunication, negotiation, measurement and management of service levels including assisting in the<br \/>\ndevelopment and implementation of continual service improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibility Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide support with the development, implementation and co-ordination of delivery of Service Management<br \/>\nCentre (SMC) services in line with aligned to ITIL methodologies in order to perform end-to-end service<br \/>\nmanagement functionality.<\/p>\n<p>Provide support with defining, recording and reviewing of all services agreed with<br \/>\nbetween the SMC and clients.<\/p>\n<p>Monitor service level performance against the metrics contained in SLAs. Define,<br \/>\ndocument and review all Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and underpinning contracts (UCs), to support the<br \/>\nrelevant SLAs.<\/p>\n<p>Provide support with the reviewing and updating of costing models for all services provided by the<br \/>\nSMC, and with models that are to be developed for new services.<\/p>\n<p>Provide input with developing and maintaining<br \/>\nSystem Improvement Plans for the enhancement of all services provided by the SMC. Manage the supporting<br \/>\nteams\u2019 tasks and activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum: National Diploma \/ Degree in Information Technology and\/or equivalent. ITIL Practitioners<br \/>\nCertification &amp; ITIL Foundations Certification will be an added advantage. Experience: 3-5 years experience in<br \/>\nService Management principles related to Problem Management good practice methodologies, implementation and<br \/>\napplication of Service Delivery and Service Level Management processes and supporting technology, i.e. (ITIL,<br \/>\nCobit, and ISO), project management delivery concepts and dealing with customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Competencies Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of: Processes and procedure development and implementation; Understanding of Service Operations<br \/>\naligned to ITIL good practice methodology; Understanding service\/process performance evaluation, monitoring<br \/>\nand reporting; Fair understanding and practice of Project Management; Fair understanding of ICT industry.
