Purpose of the job<\/strong>
\nTo provide administrative and coordinating services throughout the programme\/ project life cycle.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibility Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n

To provide secretarial services and support to the programme\/project manager.<\/p>\n

To provide general office\u00a0administration in order to ensure smooth running of the project office.<\/p>\n

Assist the Project Manager\/Junior Project\u00a0Manager with routine functional tasks relating to the managing of a successful project. Self Development.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum requirements: Matric certificate and\/or equivalent.<\/p>\n

Experience: 3 – 4 years experience in the project\u00a0management environment.<\/p>\n

The experience must include 1-2 years experience in a general administration role.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Technical Competencies Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Knowledge of: EPM (Enterprise Project Management) tools; Basic knowledge of Financial; management; Basic
\nknowledge of Project Management methodology and frameworks (PMBoK, Prince II); Record Keeping. Skills:
\nProblem Solving; Sound communication, verbal and written; Organising; Coordination; Planning; Analytical
\nthinking; Collaborative; Attention to detail.<\/p>\n

Other Special Requirements:\u00a0The incumbent will be required to work long hours and overtime.<\/p>\n
