\nSell, promote and market the Bank\u2019s Products in terms of the Sales Operating Procedures in order to:
\nRetain existing clients
\nGrow new client base
\nReactivate dormant clients
\nAchieve Sales Target as set by Branch Manager i.e.:
\nMinimum set turnover
\nMinimum set number of loans sold
\nNew client targets
\nCredit card conversion rate
\nMissed 3rd instalments at set targets<\/p>\n
\nCapture all client information accurately on Phoenix as per loan application and supporting documentation
\nSuspend or reject loan applications to be re-quoted as and when required
\nIssue Agreement and supporting documents to Client
\nFollow up on clients\u2019 missed instalments as required<\/p>\n
\nMaintain relationships with internal and external clients
\nResolve all client related issues according AB\u2019s Client Query Resolution Procedures within set turnaround times and keep clients informed
\nExplain compliance requirements to clients and reasons for non approval of a client\u2019s loan application
\nExplain the Loan Application Process to facilitate client understanding of the process
\nExplain the Bank\u2019s Products to clients
\nSupport Customer experience strategy within the branch<\/p>\n
