REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Basic qualification accredited with the SANC in terms of Government
\nNotice 425 (Diploma\/Degree in Nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a
\nProfessional Nurse. Service Record as proof of previous experience where applicable.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
RECOGNITION OF EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Less than 2 years, PNA2, GR1 (R 170 400) \/10 years, PNA3, GR2 (R 209 578) \/20 years, PNA4 GR3 (R 256 584)
\ndepending on experience, successful applicant may be appointed up to the maximum of four notches above
\nthe minimum of the relevant scale.<\/p>\n

DUTIES Provide direction and supervision for the implementation of the nursing
\nplan (clinical practice\/quality patient care). Implement standards, practices, criteria and indicators for quality
\nnursing (quality of practice). Practice nursing and health care in accordance with the laws and regulations
\nrelevant to nursing and health care. Maintain a constructive working relationship with nursing and other
\nstakeholders. Utilize human, material and physical resources efficiently and effectively. Perform clinical nursing
\npractice in accordance with the scope of practice and nursing standards as determined by the hospital.
\nPromote quality of nursing.<\/p>\n
