An opportunity is available for 2 Information Technology (Software Development) Graduates to join the National Student Financial Aid Scheme&#8217;s (NSFAS) ICT Team in Cape Town as Computer Operators for 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>This is an entry level employment opportunity at NSFAS.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">The Operator, amongst other duties, performs nightly Phoenix runs, monitors backups and monitors 3rd Party Files. The Operator also observes operation of equipment, monitors accuracy of output and completes daily and period end processing per provided documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">The position requires work in the evening and weekends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">NSFAS is a public entity accountable to the Department of Higher Education and Training.
