KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

\n\uf0b7 Develop training curricula and prepare training material. Work as a team. Prepare course material for
\nlearners for the duration of training. Develop and review formative and summative assessment tools.
\n\uf0b7 Liaise with clinical personnel re: learning opportunities; in-service; clinical update.
\n\uf0b7 Monitor learner\u2019s performance and provide academic\/clinical reinforcement opportunities.
\n\uf0b7 Implement creative and innovative teaching strategies to stimulate learning.
\n\uf0b7 Carry out clinical supervision of learners. Ensure efficient documentation of all aspects of learners
\ntraining. Provide opportunities for learners support. Implement quality assurance policies\/procedures of

GRADE 1 – REMUNERATION: R256 584 \u2013 R297 462 Per Annum- Basic Salary
\nEXPERIENCE : A minimum of 4 years appropriate\/recognizable nursing experience after
\nRegistration with the South African Nursing Council in General Nursing.<\/p>\n
GRADE II – REMUNERATION: R315 579 \u2013 R411 759 Per Annum- Basic Salary
\nEXPERIENCE : A minimum of 14 years\u2019 experience after registration as a Professional Nurse
\nwith the South African Nursing Council in General Nursing of which 10 years of
\nthat period must be recognizable experience in Nursing Education.<\/p>\n
