The IPID is now inviting individiuals to apply for an Admin Assistant internship.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf The incumbent must be outspoken, self-driven and also be computer literate<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf He \/ she should have good interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills and should also be prepared to work under pressure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>DUTIES<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The successful candidate will be trained on:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u25cfDaily update of the incoming and outgoing correspondence of mail and facsimiles (ensuring that all correspondence reaches the address timeously)<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Supply Chain Management (Make arrangements on travelling and accommodation for officials)<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Finance (Processing of invoices, compile the claims of the officials etc)<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Auxiliary Services (assist with the management of GG Vehicles etc)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>How To Apply<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Applications should be submitted on a Z83 form obtained from any Public Service Department or <b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dpsa.gov.za\/dpsa2g\/documents\/forms\/employ.pdf\" target=\"_new\">downloadable ere<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Applications must be accompanied by a comprehensive CV, certified copies of Qualifications and ID.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you have not been contacted within 3 months after the closing date of this advertisement, please accept that your application was unsuccessful, as communication will be made with short listed candidates only.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have to undergo security vetting.
