\n\uf0b7 Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Management department on daily operational activities.
\n\uf0b7 Control documentation to ensure easy access, traceability and comprehensive record keeping of all documentation.
\n\uf0b7 Managing the dairy and travel arrangements
\n\uf0b7 Ability to multitask and solve problems.
\n\uf0b7 Safekeeping all confidential files and other information.
\n\uf0b7 Assist in all administrative matters to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the division.
\n\uf0b7 Participate in all activities related to the implementation and\/or maintenance of the SAWS TQM system<\/p>\n
\nThe ideal candidate must have an appropriate three-year tertiary qualification or recognized
\nsecretarial course with 5 years relevant experience in a dynamic office environment. Good
\ncommunication skills both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team and under high
\npressure. Project management and negotiation skills. She\/he must have interpersonal skills,
\nstrong administrative capabilities, and computer literacy (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS
\nWord). Good communication skills both written and verbal. Code 08 Drivers License.<\/p>\n
