The ability to extract and analyze data, patterns, and related trends that provide insights and guidance in supporting management decisions based on industry best practices. Formulation and providing lead criteria\/parameters that will be applied to different data sources is key to this role. The ability to optimize internal data sources will be a mandatory requirement<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>? Ideally candidates should have an IT or applied statistics \/ mathematics (university) qualification.<br \/>\n? Course(s) on data profiling and data quality management.<br \/>\n? B.Sc. or related degree is advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideally candidates should have an IT or applied:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>? Relevant software for data analytics<br \/>\n? High numerical aptitude<br \/>\n? Call centre and\/or financial services<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>? ? Knowledge of data profiling and data profiling tools.<br \/>\n? Experience with data quality management strategies and life cycles.<br \/>\n? Proficient use of BI reporting tools, especially Microsoft Sharepoint and SQLServer Management Studio or any other SQL based query and analytical tool<br \/>\n? Excellent SQL skills<br \/>\n? Direct marketing and response modeling skills<br \/>\n? High level of business acumen<br \/>\n? Database management<br \/>\n? Familiarity with MS Project and Visio advantageous<br \/>\n? Database modeling<br \/>\n? Relevant programming skills<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Roles <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>? Analyse business requirements from documents and end-user discussions.<br \/>\n? Identify and define all relevant data requirements necessary to support the sales strategy of Fee Income.<br \/>\n? Identify and define the security requirements necessary to protect the data items.<br \/>\n?
