As directed by the Department of Public Service & Administration, applicants must note that further checks will be conducted once they are shortlisted and that their appointment is subject to positive outcomes on these checks, which include security clearance, qualification verification, criminal records, credit records and previous employment.<\/p>\n Circular H8\/2004 dated 8 February 2004 contains complete details regarding the revised non-pensionable recruitment allowance (rural allowance) for certain categories of Health personnel.<\/p>\n Candidates must refer to this Bulletin and the date thereof. \nMinimum educational qualification:<\/p>\n
\nExcellent accounting skills.
\nAnalytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
\nKnowledge of policies regarding Financial and Public Financial Management Act.
\nGood communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.<\/p>\n
\nPerform all duties associated with the follow-up and collection of outstanding accounts.
\nBill patient accounts and ensure correctness of patient invoices.
\nAllocate payments and handle state monies.
\nClear Inter Responsibility Clearance and Med Scheme accounts.
\nOperate computer hardware and software.<\/p>\n
