Parmalat is offering a Company-Sponsored Training Program in a Major French International Dairy Company. The programme is managed by Groupe ESA Angers, a major Grande Ecole in the field of Life Sciences in France. Successful completion of the programme potentially leads to a substantial position in one of the sponsoring company\u2019s African zone industrial sites. It also earns an equivalent of an MSc2 degree from Groupe ESA.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Successful candidates will<\/b><\/p>\n
spend two years in France \u2013 with an additional 6 months of intensive French in advance of the program, if necessary.<\/p>\n
receive high level training in technical and managerial competencies.<\/p>\n
have all expenses (travel, tuition, insurance) costs covered<\/p>\n
have a ageement with the sponsoring company and earn a salary while in France<\/p>\n
work for a minimum of two years for the sponsoring company upon return to your home country<\/p>\n

Candidates must have:<\/b><\/p>\n
Preference for MSc \/MTec level ( completed or in final year ) in a Life Science such as Food Production ( with a preference for Dairy Production) , or Animal Science or Biotechnology or Microbiology<\/p>\n
EXCELLENT Bsc or BTec candidates will also be considered;<\/p>\n
a strong motivation for a career in industry \u2013 and especially in Food Production<\/p>\n
a good level of English (B2)<\/p>\n
a desire to learn new cultures and a new language<\/p>\n
