\nThe role is based in South Africa and reports into the Sales Manager or Area Manager with responsibility for either a channel or geography.<\/p>\n
\nWill be responsible for Retail On trade customers only, within a defined geographical area<\/p>\n
\n\u00d8 No direct line management but responsibility for leading with customers in outlets in the defined territory
\n\u00d8 Able to demonstrate the required levels of brandhouse leadership plus sales functional capability
\nAccountabilities
\n\u00d8 Management and achievement of sales volume, value targets and KPI targets
\n\u00d8 Drive the highest standards of executional excellence through the implementation of business plans, trading term compliance, cycle activity, perfect store activation & category management
\n\u00d8 Implement sales driver activities (will focus on QDVP3)
\n\u00d8 Foster outstanding collaboration and build relationships with key customers
\n\u00d8 Timely and accurate completion of all administration including database & credit management 100% of customer calls completed on time, with due frequency and to defined standards
\nQualifications and Experience Required
\n\u00d8 Appropriate territory qualification (degree \/ diploma)
\n\u00d8 2-3 years FMCG Sales experience
\n\u00d8 SHL standard verbal and numerical scores
\n\u00d8 Commercial experience is a plus
\n\u00d8 Full clean driving license<\/p>\n
