\n\u2022 Define and implementing the role of testing within the organization.
\n\u2022 Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release\/project.
\n\u2022 Managing testing assets required for meeting the testing mandate.
\n\u2022 Provides a consultative service to customers using specialist knowledge of system functionality.
\n\u2022 Perform system process re-engineering using expertise and understanding of\u00a0 functionality to enable business improvement
\n\u2022 Provides User support for logged problems and information requests
\n\u2022 Provide system solution training and mentoring
\n\u2022 Soliciting and capturing Requirements to enable traceability
\n\u2022 Produce testing artefacts
\n\u2022 Defect Management
