The Customer Service Agent role reports directly to the Assistant Manager, in the Operations Environment.<\/p>\n
The incumbent of this role is responsible to perform cargo handling functions, customer service, updating systems information in the operations environment, conforming to standard operation procedures<\/p>\n

\nBe able to operate of cargo Handling equipment (Forklifts,tractors,vehicles<\/p>\n\n
\nKnowledge of the SARS documents and procedures

\nAssertive with strong numerical ability
\nFlexibility to work irregular shifts
\nAble to work under pressure<\/p>\n
\nMust be in a possession of valid drivers license and forklift license
\nPrepare to rotate within operations<\/p>\n
