We are making great progress toward inventing a new future for 3M – a future of faster growth and increased competitiveness, while continuing to deliver superior results.<\/p>\n The position of Sales & Marketing Manager (Mining) is located in Woodmead and will be responsible for but not limited to the following specific duties: <\/p>\n SPECIFIC COMPLEXITY <\/p>\n QUALIFICATIONS:-<\/p>\n Education <\/p>\n Experience <\/p>\n Knowledge<\/p>\n Global Key Accounts Management ,Strategic sales processes, marketing and sales principles, sales planning and implementation of<\/p>\n effective sales plans, product launches, pricing, distribution, forecasting, gross margins, competitor analysis,<\/p>\n HR & Management principles.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Key Capabilities <\/p>\n
\n– Develop business and maintain relationships at Key Accounts
\n– Manage national sales personnel
\n– Set national sales strategies and tactics in line with business objectives
\n– Set sales personnel objectives and targets
\n– Monitor and manage sales personnel activity
\n– Mentor, coach and train sales people to maximise profitable sales
\n– Report on sales personnel activities and institute corrective actions
\n– Resolve sales personnel issues
\n– Provide input to Personal Safety strategies and tactics
\n– Continuesly improve sales processes
\n– Maintain close ties with KA strategies and tactics
\n– Report monthly by means of a national sales report and at Opcoms held in JHB<\/p>\n
\n– Diverse product portfolio to manage.
\n– Global Key Accounts Management
\n– Leadership\/ ownership of process initiatives
\n– Market dynamics.
\n– Distributor \/ end user dynamics.
\n– Market focus approach<\/p>\n
\n– IMM,B Com (or higher)<\/p>\n
\n– Global Key Accounts Management (3years)
\n– Experience with managing sales teams (2 years)

\n– Sales experience (5 years)
