Roles & Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n
Under guidance of senior consultants, participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analysing the customer\u2019s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n
Under guidance of senior consultants, collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.<\/p>\n
Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer\u2019s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.<\/p>\n
Demonstrates understanding of the prescribed Exordia and Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodologies, Sure Step and Transform; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects.<\/p>\n
Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.<\/p>\n
Responsible for preparing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to explain to developers the requirements for customisations, related to the gap fit analysis.<\/p>\n
Responsible for configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer\u2019s business requirements.<\/p>\n
Responsible for conducting unit and systems testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.<\/p>\n
