SALARY : R 212 106 \u2013 R 249 489 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to
\nsign a performance agreement.
\nCENTRE : Magistrate Office Kimberley<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : A three (3) year National Diploma \/ Degree in Public Administration \/
\nManagement or relevant equivalent qualification; Two (2) years relevant
\nexperience in Office and District Administration and Departmental Financial
\nManagement systems; Experience in Vote and Trust Account will be an added
\nadvantage; Valid driver\u2019s license. Skills and Competencies: Supervisory skills;
\nComputer literacy (MS Office, Ms Excel); Excellent communication skills (written
\nand verbal); Good interpersonal relations; Accuracy and attention to detail; Ability
\nto work under pressure.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Control documents; Draft correspondence with
\nmembers of the public, other organizations and other state departments; Render
\nadvice\/assistance on a wide spectrum of matters within occupational class
\ncontext, e.g. the interpreting of statutes\/provisions, budgeting, maintenance, legal
\nadvice, planning actions and special projects; Facilitate training and development
\nof clerical personnel; Custody of reserve stock.<\/p>\n
