\nREQUIREMENTS : A Bachelor Degree in Library Science and Information Management or National
\nDiploma in Archives Studies\/Record Manager; 2 year experience in an Archive
\nenvironment; Knowledge of National Archives and Records services Act
\nKnowledge of promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA); Skills and
\nCompetencies: Computer literacy (Ms Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel);
\nCommunication skills (written and verbal); Interpersonal skills; Customer service
\norientation; Conflict management; Team work problem solving skills; Acceptance
\nof responsibility.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Render archives services to internal and external
\nclients; Manage appraisal of archival materials; Implement records retention and
\ndisposal; Ensure maintaining of filling system; Perform any administrative
\nfunction as requested.
