They will enter into a one-year, fixed term contract with Rosslyn Brewery, during which they will undergo both on-the-job and off-the-job learning, culminating in a national qualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Competence Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>Qualifications\/ Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Matric with Maths &amp; English.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Courses (N2, N3, N4, N5 or N6) will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a food and beverage packaging line will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Competencies:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact well in teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Output And Accountabilities<\/h3>\n<p>The Learnership is a structured learning programme that combines on-the-job learning as well as off-the-job learning in an integrated programme.
