Incumbent is solely responsible to identify \u201cvirgin\u201d territory, where the company can grow the business.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<div id=\"genericContainer4\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3>Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Valid SA Drivers Licence<br \/>\nMatric<br \/>\nmust be able to connect and network successfully within the industry<br \/>\nStrong listening skills and fluent communication<br \/>\nWilling to work hard, flexible on hours, driven<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>Previous sales experience advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS &amp; OTHER ATTRIBUTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Computer Literate (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Reliable car<\/li>\n<li>Drivers licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong>(TECHNICAL &amp; BEHAVIOURAL)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal savvy<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Customer Focus<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE\u00a0<\/strong><strong>AREAS\u00a0<\/strong><strong>DUTIES\u00a0<\/strong><strong>PERFORMANCE STANDARDS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2. SELLING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Cold Calling<\/li>\n<li>To quote, design alarm systems and advise client of security needs<\/li>\n<li>Payments for installation remains the consultant responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Technical liaison regarding installation booking \u2013 follow up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>3. AFTER SALES SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Should the client request a service call from consultant, ensure that this is handed over to technical<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with technical to ensure that installation has been completed in full<\/li>\n<li>Courtesy calls to clients for installation follow up and referral business. (i.e. to build consultant network)<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that the client receives a full hand over demonstration of the alarm system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>4. CLIENT LIAISON<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Assist with any problems or complaints<\/li>\n<li>Give full feedback to clients when necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>5. GENERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Keep your workstation\/office neat and tidy at all times<\/li>\n<li>Not abuse company phone for private calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>6.
