\nQualifications
\nCompleted Matric<\/p>\n
\nSAP
\nMust be good at working with numbers
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n
\nAnalyse and solve problems – Uses rigorous analysis, logic and methods to solve difficult problems; Pays attention to the detail where required.<\/p>\n
\nGovern and follow rules – Conforms and adheres to rules by closely following instructions and procedures

\nKey Performance Areas:
\nMedical Aid<\/p>\n
\nMonthly recon of billing to payroll
\nLiaise with the medical aid regarding queries
\nExisting Employee Queries<\/p>\n
\nUpdate personnel files when required
\nUpdate and maintain employee data in HR system (SAP)<\/p>\n
\nGenerate HR statistical reports<\/p>\n
\nProvide administration support to HR Officers
\nContinuous sending of personnel documentation for filing<\/p>\n
\nAd hoc projects
\nEmployee details update
\nIncreases
\nBonuses<\/p>\n
