SALARY : R68 010 per annum (Level 2)

REQUIREMENTS : ABET or equivalent qualifications. (Must be able to read and write). One (1) to
\ntwo (2) years of appropriate experience. Good interpersonal and communication
\nskills, self motivated and willingness to work. Knowledge in the field of\u00a0maintenance tasks, Ability to work under supervision, independently and in a\u00a0team. Work overtime when necessary. Must have knowledge in plumbing,\u00a0bricklaying, carpentry and construction. Knowledge of the Occupational Health\u00a0and Safety Act.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : The successful candidate will perform routine relating to the maintenance of the
\nstructures and construction work. Move and load heavy equipment on
\ngovernment water scheme. Do maintenance in the garden and other structures
\ne.g. cutting grass, trimming trees, fencing, painting, spraying with round-up
\n(chemical) and maintenance on the side of the road. Perform regular inspections
\non tools and report defaults.<\/p>\n
