\nplus 3 years\u2019 working experience \u2022 Experience in customer service-related

DUTIES : The successful candidates will be responsible for amongst others, the following

\nline Customer
\nContact Centre \u2022 Interact with various components during the process of
\nresolving different categories of cases \u2022 Input the information regarding the
\nresolved cases into the case management system \u2022 Adhere to timeframes
\nagreed upon \u2022 Ensure and maintain high quality of investigations and data input
\nto cases \u2022 Open and update electronic case files and make notes of the case
\nresolution \u2022 Frequently liaise with 1st
\nline Customer Contact Centre as required.<\/p>\n
