\nTo monitor, operate and record specific elements within the plant according to given operating procedures and standards.<\/p>\n
\nEnsure correct operating procedures are followed as per predetermined
\nprocesses and standards in order to achieve optimum output
\nDrive and operate designated vehicles \/ mobile equipment as required and as
\nlicensed
\nCheck \/ test \/ inspect
\nMaintain and improve safety, health and environmental standards and practices
\nPerform fair and reasonable tasks related to the job and working environment, at
\nthe discretion of the Supervisor<\/p>\n
\nEffective shift changeover
\nOptimal use of equipment
\nSafe, healthy work environment and practices
\nIdentification of equipment requiring maintenance
\nFunctional plant
\nAccurately completed and processed documentation
\nClean equipment and work area<\/p>\n
\nStd10\/Grade12 \/ N3\/NQF Level 4 with Mathematics and Physical Science
\nDriver’s License: EB (Code 8) is a requirement within some areas while in others
\nit is an advantage
\n1 year general plant operations experience would be an advantage
\nValid Dover assessment would be an advantage<\/p>\n

\nBasic numeracy
\nKnowledge and understanding of plant equipment and operations<\/p>\n
