We focus on Management Consulting and Market Intelligence.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)<\/li>\n<li>Chemicals, Materials and Food (CMF),<\/li>\n<li>Mining and Metals<\/li>\n<li>Energy and Power Systems (EPS)<\/li>\n<li>Industrial Automation &amp; Electronics (A&amp;E)<\/li>\n<li>Environment &amp; Building Technologies (EBT)<\/li>\n<li>Logistics &amp; Transportation ( LT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The candidates for these positions will compliment the company&#8217;s globally-based team in the provision of world class research and consulting.<\/p>\n<p>Client focused and with a good knowledge of the relevant industry in Africa, the suitable candidate will play a critical role in the development of Frost &amp; Sullivan&#8217;s business in this exciting region.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilise proven primary and secondary market research methods to produce high quality and timely research deliverables (including research papers, data, industry awards and bespoke consulting projects)<\/li>\n<li>Continuously develop strong research and analytical skills, industry contacts and sector knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Liaise closely with clients and Frost &amp; Sullivan&#8217;s sales teams to develop new ideas for syndicated research products.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute directly through their research and support activities to the achievement of the global business unit objectives<\/li>\n<li>Through interaction with Frost &amp; Sullivan&#8217;s global client base, identify and act upon opportunities for business development in Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Work with PR and marketing teams (through tradeshows, newsletters, trade press, TV interviews, etc.), to ensure the required level of exposure for his \/ her business sector in Africa is achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver concise and professional presentations \/ briefs to senior level executives within his \/ her respective market.<\/li>\n<li>Become recognised as an authority in his \/ her respective field within Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong client focus<\/li>\n<li>Results oriented &amp; proactive approach<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge \/ strong interest in the respective industry<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English verbal and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Confident with ability to present at senior level<\/li>\n<li>Innovative approach to research development<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Organised, strong work planner with focus on timely delivery.<\/li>\n<li>For certain research groups, French and Arabic speaking skills are preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good degree in a suitable discipline (business \/ finance \/ economics \/ Industry-related)<\/li>\n<li>2+ years experience in consultancy \/ market research \/ marketing within the relevant industry<\/li>\n<li>Post graduate degree: Masters \/ MBA will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Suitable applicants should apply in writing, providing a CV and cover letter to the below mentioned email id quoting the following references per industry sector:<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:hr.africa@frost.com\">hr.africa@frost.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>ICT: AFRICA-RA-ICT<br \/>\nCMF: AFRICA-RA-CMF<br \/>\nMining: AFRICA &#8211; RA- MINING<br \/>\nEPS: AFRICA-RA-EPS<br \/>\nEBT: AFRICA-RA-EBT<br \/>\nA&amp;E: AFRICA-RA-A&amp;E<br \/>\nLogistics &amp; Transportation: AFRICA-RA-TL<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note that if you have not received feedback within 2 weeks of your application, it has been unsuccessful.
