PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:<\/p>\n

To provide a communication and support function to the field in respect of cellular related products.<\/p>\n

KEY OUTPUTS:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Handling of queries from stores regarding cellular products and services
\n\u2022 Timeous and accurate logging of queries and\/or complaints
\n\u2022 Provide assistance to stores with regards to downloading of files, recharge vouchers; ITC blacklisting, etc.
\n\u2022 Timeous clarification of store orders on database
\n\u2022 Administer and maintain RICA user ID\u2019s for field personnel
\n\u2022 Liaising with respective service providers regarding repairs and OBF\u2019s
\n\u2022 Handling of all customer care queries and or complaints
\n\u2022 Provide ad hoc cellular training to field personnel<\/p>\n

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Grade 12
\n\u2022 2 \u2013 3 Years\u2019 experience in a helpdesk \/call centre environment
\n\u2022 Cellular experience will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
\n\u2022 Computer Literate (MS Office)
\n\u2022 Willingness to work overtime and on weekends occasionally
\n\u2022 Competencies include: Building and maintaining relationships, detail orientation, problem-solving skills, stress tolerance as well as confidence and decisiveness
\n\u2022 A passionate, service orientated team player<\/p>\n
