\nTo ensure that a professional and high level of service is offered to all customers, both internally as well as externally at all times within the inventory and stores environment.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Forecasting of all spares, accessories and service stock on a weekly basis.
\n\u2022 Ensure that spares for new products are ordered ahead of product release.
\n\u2022 Compiling orders from the forecast for both internal and decentralised orders to ensure sufficient stock on hand at all times..
\n\u2022 Monitoring of slow moving stock within all HVRCs in order to procure internally before externally.
\n\u2022 Keep up to date records of all spares required with part numbers and new revisions.
\n\u2022 Receiving and processing of all stock within the HVRC.
\n\u2022 Packaging and storage of spares in accordance with the management and manufacturers specifications.
\n\u2022 Notify all relevant staff of new stock arrivals to enhance production levels.
\n\u2022 Storage of faulty spares in accordance with policy for return or deposal.
\n\u2022 Process all faulty service stock on a weekly basis.
\n\u2022 Issuing and processing of spares, service stock and accessories to technical staff as required preventing holding up production.
\n\u2022 Ensuring that we have nothing more than a 2% obsolescence of spares.
\n\u2022 Monitor and control the ASA and WIP queue to keep it below 2% of production at all times.
\n\u2022 Ensuring that all sub inventory stock holdings within HVRC on Oracle are kept to a minimum.
\n\u2022 Do all preparation leading up to stock take including clearance of in transit accounts, pre-checks and stock take sheets.
\n\u2022 Be actively involved in the smooth running of the stock take.
\n\u2022 Reconcile all stock variances within the specified time.
\n\u2022 Fast track all problematic customer issues with regard to inventory to the HVRC Administration Supervisor on a daily basis.
\n\u2022 All and any other general office administration that may be required on a daily basis.
\n\u2022 Ensure that all SLA\u2019s are adhered to specifically with regards to TAT.
\n\u2022 Ensure that all PPPs are maintained and adhered to within your work environment.
\n\u2022 Open, regular and concise communication to be kept at all times.
\n\u2022 Coaching of fellow staff members.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Matric \/ Grade 12
\n\u2022 Any relevant Tertiary Education.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 1 year\u2019s inventory control experience.
\n\u2022 2 Years Administration experience.
\n\u2022 Microsoft Office.
\n\u2022 Challenger, Oracle, Discoverer and RMS.
\n\u2022 Customer Service\/liaison<\/p>\n
\nKnowledge:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of the Challenger system as well as Oracle and RMS
\n\u2022 Good computer related knowledge including Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.<\/p>\n
