As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the business development of Low Voltage Switchgear into the mineral & mining & petro-chemical market \u2013 South Africa and the Sub Sahara region. Tasks:<\/strong> <\/p>\n
\nYou as a Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:
\n-Investigate business opportunities in the mineral & mining & petro-chemical market. Based on the investigation establish a project pursuit plan that will support the growth strategy of the Low Voltage Systems Business Unit.
\n-Investigate opportunities in other segments in line with the BU growth initiatives.
\n-Adopting hands on approach towards establishing and developing excellent relationships with existing or new customers.
\n-Develop a high level of customer satisfaction in all activities such as demonstrations, customer events, solutions engineering and on site commissioning etc.
\n-Promoting ABB products and systems and the customer benefits, not only related to the Business Unit.
\n-Continuously analyze the market to ensure thorough knowledge and input to the business and marketing plan with regards to competition levels, growth potential and market shares.
\n-Identify and follow potential business leads from early pursuits through project execution.
\n-Where required, help outside of assigned segment as requested by management.<\/p>\n
