\nAs a Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing Ventyx Network Control (NC)\u2019s customer base within a specific region.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Sales activities for all prospective customers within the market.
\n\u2022Sales activities and account management activities for all current customers.
\n\u2022Formulate and implement focused sales tactics.
\n\u2022All Sales qualification & management for all existing and prospective customers. For existing customers a strict collaborative engagement model with the Global Customer Support representative for the customer must be adopted.
\n\u2022Analyzing and monitoring sales performance, return on investment, cost of sale and initiating corrective action with a client where necessary.
\n\u2022Present to clients, outlining NC\u2019s approach to solutions and services.
\n\u2022Participation in win\/loss review.
\n\u2022Ensure each sale delivers targeted levels of margin.
\n\u2022Providing input into corporate and tactical marketing for the assigned territory.
\n\u2022Follow up of marketing plans and advertising campaigns within the region.
\n\u2022Arrange regular regional events involving clients and prospects.
\n\u2022Adherence to the pricing and margin policies.
\n\u2022Provide input for coordination of market research and market intelligence data within the region.
\n\u2022Develop monthly forecasts revenue in conjunction with the VP Sales EMEA\/APAC.
\n\u2022Provide input to Professional Services Organisation on expected consulting requirements.
\n\u2022Manage relevant inter-organizational relationships within Ventyx to facilitate the furtherance of business objectives.
\n\u2022Implement systematic performance improvements.
\n\u2022Translate tactical objectives into plans, processes and actions.
\n\u2022Foster development & implementation of agreed concepts, principles and strategies, methodologies, processes, awareness and training, in support of knowledge management initiatives relevant to Sales in the assigned territory.
\n\u2022Identifying and analyzing, treating & monitoring risks arising from the operation of the sales in the assigned territory.<\/p>\n
\nIdeally, you will hold a B.S.C degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management or a related discipline with more than 5 years successful sales experience with preference for project sales.
\n\u2022In depth knowledge of the market.
\n\u2022Previous solution sales experience in the OT or IT industry.
\n\u2022Established contacts, networks and partners within the region are highly desirable.
\n\u2022Fluency in one local language & English.
\n\u2022Strategic selling.
\n\u2022Relationship selling.
\n\u2022Strong motivational and persuasive skills.
\n\u2022Strong Negotiation & contract management skills.
\n\u2022High level of understanding of the variety and implications of the business models and drivers in NC’s target industries.
\n\u2022Ability to extract, analyze, distil and interpret business impacts, trends and opportunities for a wide range of audience groups.
\n\u2022An existing or the ability to rapidly form a general understanding of the NC solutions suite of products for discussion with our clients\/prospects.
\n\u2022A sound appreciation of business solutions and technologies in the same market space as NC.
\n\u2022Demonstrated abilities managing lobbyist, partners & channels.
