DEBTORS CLERK (K BAND)<\/p>\n
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
\nEnsuring that all reports, allocations, capturing and customer queries relating to Trade Debtors is
\nmade accurately, timeously and within Rand Water’s delegated levels of authority.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
PRIMARY DUTIES
\n\uf0b7 Allocation of payments
\n\uf0b7 Reconciling of debtors accounts
\n\uf0b7 Billing timeously
\n\uf0b7 Filing of documentation\/handling customers\u2019 queries
\n\uf0b7 Assist Debtors Supervisor with ad hoc initiatives<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
JOB REQUIREMENTS
\n\uf0b7 Matric with Accounting
\n\uf0b7 An Accounting Certificate or a National Diploma in Accounting or studying towards the Diploma in Accounting will be an added advantage
\n\uf0b7 A minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in Accounts Receivable environment
\n\uf0b7 A minimum of 2 years working experience in an accounting and credit management or credit control
\nenvironment
\n\uf0b7 Computer Literacy- MS Office Applications- Oracle and SAP (Billing)<\/p>\n
