ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
\n(O-Band)
\nOVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
\nTo oversee the overall management of finance, inventory, procurement and projects for the Division.
\nPRIMARY DUTIES
\n\uf0b7 Compiling and co-ordinating of departmental annual budget.
\n\uf0b7 Financial reporting and control.
\n\uf0b7 Manage Inventory, Procurement, Finance and Project management.
\n\uf0b7 Providing meaningful and accurate feedback on budget variance reporting.
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for asset, financial, Inventory, debtors and procurement control
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for the preparation of Division\u2019s budget in conjunction with other managers
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for monitoring and reporting on expenditure in relation to approved budget
\n\uf0b7 Monitor compliance to all Rand water\u2019s policies and procedures with particular responsibility to the financial, procurement and inventory aspects
\n\uf0b7 Manage the Human Resource within the area of responsibility<\/p>\n

JOB REQUIREMENTS
\n\uf0b7 Bcomm degree or equivalent
\n\uf0b7 5 years\u2019 experience in a diverse accounting and administration environment with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
\n\uf0b7 Computer literacy with extensive SAP experience.
\n\uf0b7 Inventory, Procurement, Accounts and Project Management and governance experience.
\n\uf0b7 Strong leadership experience.
\n\uf0b7 A management qualification will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
