COMMITTEE SECRETARY
\n(HAYBAND \u2013L)<\/p>\n
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
\nTo provide secretariat services and administrative support to all RW Governance Structures in line with
\ncorporate governance standards and all other applicable legislative and statutory requirements.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
PRIMARY DUTIES
\n\uf0b7 Prepare notices, agenda and meeting packs within the prescribed timelines
\n\uf0b7 Attend meetings, record and take minutes
\n\uf0b7 General office administration, planning and coordination
\n\uf0b7 Circulate minutes and communicate resolutions
\n\uf0b7 Collate and follow up on reports, submissions and meeting documentation for compilation of the Board pack
\n\uf0b7 Arrange delivery and ensure timely distribution of meeting documentation
\n\uf0b7 Book the meeting venue, catering and assist with travel bookings
\n\uf0b7 Maintenance of board documents, record keeping and ensuring that documents are readily available
\n\uf0b7 Ensure that minutes are signed by the Chairperson and submitted to records department for safekeeping
\n\uf0b7 Maintain minute books and other statutory registers in accordance with the legal requirements and best governance practices
\n\uf0b7 Type documents, reports and letters for preparation of meetings
\n\uf0b7 Coordinate and facilitate completion of timesheets by Board members
\n\uf0b7 Maintain, update and upload information on the Board portal
\n\uf0b7 Ad hoc duties as required from time to time<\/p>\n
