OPERATIONS MANAGER
\n(O-Band)<\/p>\n

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Accountable for the development and implementation of strategies, plans and processes to support the
\nstrategic goals of the division and managing its operations.
\nPRIMARY DUTIES:
\n\uf0b7 Develop needs assessment and create an institutional design, processes with appropriate delivery methods
\n\uf0b7 Responsible for all programmes run by the Division, including collaboration programmes
\n\uf0b7 Contribute to the development and implementation of the department\u2019s strategies, policies and procedures.
\n\uf0b7 Oversee the training and development function
\n\uf0b7 Ensure full installation of all training facilities, resources and equipment
\n\uf0b7 Keep abreast of legislation impacting the Division\u2019s objectives
\n\uf0b7 Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization\u2019s vision, mission and strategic objectives.
\n\uf0b7 Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and departmental planning.
\n\uf0b7 Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure compliance to the quality management system.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure an effective and efficient oversight on financial requirements (Opex, Capex, Supplementary, etc).
\n\uf0b7 Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
\n\uf0b7 Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
\n\uf0b7 Project Management
\n\uf0b7 Partnership and client management
\n\uf0b7 Providing Customer satisfaction whilst keeping costs within budget limits<\/p>\n

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
\n\uf0b7 Relevant Bachelor\u2019s degree,
\n\uf0b7 5 years\u2019 experience in a management capacity.
\n\uf0b7 Computer literacy with extensive SAP experience.
\n\uf0b7 Strong leadership experience.
\n\uf0b7 A management qualification will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
