PUBLIC LIASON OFFICER: DG SERVICE LINE 4 POSTS REF NO: HR\u00a05\/1\/2\/3\/87<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12\/NQF 5 plus Diploma. One to two years experience in Call<\/span><\/p>\n

Centre\/Customer Enquiry or Public Service. Knowledge: DoL and
\nCompensation Fund objectives and business functions, Customer Care Strategic
\ngoals ,Contact Centre goals and performance requirements, Compensation Fund
\nServices, Compensation Fund Value Chain and business processes ,Relevant
\nFund policies, procedures and processes Stakeholders and customers
\n,Customer Care (Batho Pele Principles) ,Fund Values Required IT ,IT Operating
\nSystems, Risk Awareness, Contact Centre quality assurance objectives, Keep
\nabreast of benchmarked Customer Care systems. Skills: Customer and Citizen
\nservice orientation (Batho Pele principles) ,Teamwork and collaboration
\n,Communication (verbal, written, listening and questioning ) ,Quality and
\nExcellence Orientation ,Self and Time Management ,Respect and concern for

DUTIES : Handle queries from the Presidential, DG and Commissioner\u2019s Hotlines.
\nEffectively utilise Contact Centre Multimedia System. Render administrative
\nservices .Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n

SALARY : R212 106 per annum All Inclusive: R 284 235 per annum
