The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following outputs:<\/p>\n
SAFETY:
\nWorking together with the safety reps and SHEQ Co-ordinator to ensure that the department complies with the requirements of the company’s Health and Safety policies.<\/p>\n
HACCP:
\nEnsure all HACCP procedures are implemented, documented and maintained.
\nEnsure that the department complies with ISO14000 requirements when introduced.<\/p>\n
FINISHED GOODS:
\nAssist the Raw Material supervisor with the control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department.
\nAssist with accurate weekly stocktakes of finished goods and consumables.
\nConduct daily and weekly recons of finished goods movements.
\nAssist the Raw Materials Supervisor with recons and capturing of data associated with raw material control.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
ADMIN:
\nAssist the Production manager with the implementation of measurements of performance for the shifts and teams.
\nUpdate the efficiency schedules on a daily basis.
\nUpdate people cost database.
\nGeneral administrative duties as required by the Production Manager.
\nUpdate the register of NCQR and CFAR’s for monitoring trends and statistics.
\nFollow up on DRM actions.
\nSubmit and follow up on trials and associated ISIR requests.
\nAssist with preparing and conducting basic training modules.<\/p>\n

\nHave at least 2 years experience in an administrative position.
\nExperience in Manufacturing or production environment advantageous.
\nComputer literate (MS Word, Excel and Email) – SAP advantageous.
