REQUIREMENTS : Applications are invited from confident young individuals with Matric and 2 years relevant\u00a0work experience with youth organisation(s). The applicant must be computer literate with\u00a0respect to the use of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and\u00a0PowerPoint and a proven record of good and effective administrative, organisational and\u00a0communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work under pressure, both\u00a0independently and as part of a team will be a strong recommendation. Experience in the\u00a0management of monthly cash flow statements.<\/p>\n

DUTIES :<\/p>\n
Assist with day-to-day administrative duties of learner affairs<\/p>\n
\u25cfAssist with the writing of\u00a0memos, compiling reports and preparing workshop materials<\/p>\n
\u25cfReceive and attend to\u00a0queries from Learner Representative Councils(RCLs)<\/p>\n
\u25cfProvide support and capacity\u00a0building to the RCLs<\/p>\n
\u25cfMonitor and support RCL elections<\/p>\n
\u25cfAssist with the development of\u00a0RCL capacity building materials<\/p>\n
\u25cf Report on RCL activities.<\/p>\n
