DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for, amongst others, the following specific
\ntasks: \u2022 Trace, arrest and detain illegal foreigners within the Republic \u2022 Process the
\ndeportation of illegal foreigners \u2022 Execute inspections in loco without a warrant if allowed
\nby law \u2022 Execute investigations in loco on search warrants \u2022 Enable prosecution of
\ntransgressors of the legislation. Issue notices to appear in front of Director General to
\ntransgressors \u2022 Issue the admission of guilt fines to transgressors \u2022 Conduct interviews
\nand investigation of foreigners who are suspected to be illegal in the country \u2022 Issue
\norders to illegal foreigners to depart from the country \u2022 Process application for the
\nextension of detention warrants \u2022 Monitor the records of all cases \u2022 Execute operations
\nwith internal and external stakeholders \u2022 Retrieve expenses incurred from illegal foreigners
\nin relation to their deportation, detention, maintenance and custody.
