The successful candidate will be required to sign a<br \/>\nperformance agreement.<br \/>\nCENTRE : Magistrate Court: Esikhawini (1) REF NO: 14\/20\/KZN<br \/>\nWestern Cape High Court, Cape Town (1) REF NO: 68\/14\/WC<br \/>\nMagistrate Musina (1) And Magistrate Ritavi (1) REF NO: 41\/14\/LMP;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A three year bachelor degree in Administration\/ National Diploma Service Management<br \/>\n(NQFLEVEL 5) plus the module on Case Flow Management or relevant and equivalent<br \/>\ntertiary qualification; At least three years\u2019 managerial or supervisory experience; A valid<br \/>\ndrivers\u2019 licence; The following will serve as a strong recommendation: Knowledge and<br \/>\nexperience in office and district administration; Knowledge of the financial management<br \/>\nand PFMA; Experience in managing Trust (Third Party Funds) and Vote Account;<br \/>\nExperience in the Court environment will be an added advantage.
