\nCompetences Required :The incumbent of the post will report to the District Manager and
\nwill provide secretarial service and admin support to the District Manager. The ideal
\ncandidate must possess : Sound knowledge of secretarial and administrative services.
\nGood verbal and written communication skills. Organization and time management skill.
\nAdministrative skills. Ability to work independently. Good office management skills. Ability
\nto deal with confidentiality. High level of integrity and Professionalism. Ability to work
\nunder pressure. Willingness to work extra hours. Advance Computer training.<\/p>\n
\nperson wishing to have audience with District Manager (in person or telephonic) admitting
\n\/ making and appointment directing and redirecting such person. Control incoming and
\noutgoing correspondence and files and keep a mail register. Manages and maintains the
\ndairy of the District Manager, set up relevant appointment booking and meetings. Provide
\nsecretarial function to meetings of the District Manager through making logistical
\narrangement, distribution to the notice of Meeting and Agenda, take prepare and
\ndisseminated minutes .Manages and maintains filing of important contact number. Provide
\nadministrative support service to the District Manager. Compile document and report.<\/p>\n
