A BMW dealership in Mafikeng is sourcing for a dynamic Service Manager to manage an organised and profitable service department. The succesful incumbent will be responsible for delivering high quality service and will focus on customer satisfaction, as well as take responsibility for mentoring and leading all departmental staff.<\/p>\n

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
\nSenior Certificate (Grade 12)
\nQualified Motor Technician (A – certification) would be beneficial
\nA minimum of 10 years experience within the service department of a motor dealership environment, with at least 5 years at a Service Manger level.
\nComputer literacy in Office Suite
\nDrivers license<\/p>\n

Management diploma<\/p>\n

An effective understanding of financial budgeting principals<\/p>\n

An effective understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. 1993<\/p>\n
