The successful candidate must be able to work and communicate within a big team effectively.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Loading weekly sales target and revenue on SQL based server.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Monitor revenue and target screens which include updating of financial yearly targets.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Organising the office layout and maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Oversee cleaning staff on sales division<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Maintain office equipment i.e. stationery, confectionery items.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ensure filling systems are maintained and up to date.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ensure effective transfer or files and records between accounts department.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure.
