\n\uf0b7 Interpret and support the implementation of corporate internal communications strategy, policy and processes
\n\uf0b7 Perform internal stakeholder engagement
\n\uf0b7 Co-ordinate, compile and implement internal communication interventions including:
\no Facilitating and collecting copy and photographs for internal newsletters and other publications, and the production of draft
\neditions of such publications
\no Monitoring and providing content to digital communication systems, e.g. electronic notice boards
\no Monitoring, assisting and facilitating corporate identity related issues, e.g. signage, corporate clothing and other branding
\n\uf0b7 Advise on the planning and assist with execution of internal communication campaigns
\n\uf0b7 Support business units to effectively communicate their roles, objectives and strategic projects to all employees
\n\uf0b7 Compile a budget for own activities and ensure adherence to allocated budget
\n\uf0b7 Render assistance with official visits and functions<\/p>\n
\n\uf0b7 Grade 12
\n\uf0b7 Diploma\/Degree in Public Relations and Communication or equivalent relevant three-year qualification
\n\uf0b7 At least 5 years previous experience in Communication and Public Relations in a formal\/ corporate environment
\n\uf0b7 Registered with PRISA as a Public Relations Practitioner (PRP) or qualifies to register as PRP within 12 calendar months from
\nappointment
\n\uf0b7 Proven computer literacy in MS Office
\n\uf0b7 Experience of desktop publishing package, such as Corel Graphics suite, Corel Ventura or InDesign
\n\uf0b7 Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
\n\uf0b7 Valid Code 8\/ E\/ EB driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
\n\uf0b7 Sound knowledge of the Mining Industry
\n\uf0b7 Good interpersonal skills and relationships
\n\uf0b7 Functional ability in photography
\n\uf0b7 Ability to work in an environment that is both deadline-driven and requires a high degree of flexibility<\/p>\n
\nline with the Company\u2019s Employment Equity Policy and Plan and internal candidates. Pre-screening, profile testing, on mine
\nassessments, medical and security clearance form part of the recruitment and selection process. Short listed candidates will be
