PBT Group is looking for 2 exceptional graduates \/ interns for an amazing opportunity to train directly under some of our Senior BI Consultants.<\/p>\n

ABOUT BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI):
\nBusiness intelligence (BI) is a broad category of applications and technologies for gathering, storing, analyzing, and providing access to data to help users make better business decisions.<\/p>\n

PBT BI Services
\n– Business analysis and requirements specification
\n– Data warehouse, data mart design, modelling and implementation
\n– Extraction, transform and loading (ETL) from source systems and databases using third party or custom-developed tools and packages
\n– User access to critical business information through various technologies such as data mining, executive information systems, online analytical processing, information analysis, exploitation and delivery and ad-hoc querying and reporting tools
\n– Data warehouse implementation and ongoing management
\n– Project management throughout the entire data warehouse and information delivery life cycles<\/p>\n

SKILLS REQUIRED:
\nThe successful candidate should have the following competencies \/ attributes:
\n– A Bachelors Degree or final year student in Information Systems or Computer Science
\n– Academic record: a sustained average of 70% and above
\n– Strong knowledge of the Information Technology Development Lifecycle;
\n– Firm understanding of Database Functionality;
\n– Strong analytical skills;
\n– Strong programming skills.
\n– The ability to plan, research, analyse and interpret data;
\n– Good communication and language skills;
\n– Strong Leadership qualities;
\n– Good communication and language skills
\n– ONLY SA RESIDENTS WITH A VALID ID DOCUMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED<\/p>\n
