\nREQUIREMENTS : Matric Certificate or National Certificate (Vocational). A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in
\nSocial Science or equivalent qualification. 3-5 years management experience. A
\nvalid driver\u2019s license. Knowledge: Knowledge of strategic management principles
\nand general transformation, an extensive understanding of Social Welfare
\nServices, Community Development as well as relevant legislation and policies,
\ncustomer care (Batho-Pele).Skills: Communication, Conflict Management,
\nProblem Solving, Strong Interpersonal, Networking, Strategic Management and\u00a0Financial Management, Co-operative Governance, Time and Project\u00a0Management, Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n
