This role also requires one to follow up on potential clients and leads.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Relevant tertiary financial qualification \u2013 e.g Bcom with Investments major, BBusSci, FAPM etc<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle existing client queries relating to investments in the unit trust and retirement and life product streams, both telephonically and written<\/li>\n<li>Meeting with clients and prospective clients to explain the investment options<\/li>\n<li>Largely office-bound role, but may be required to meet with clients offsite on occasion<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of relationships and commission arrangements with IFA\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Management of documentation iro Anti Money Laundering legislation and other static client data as required from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Management of internal relationships to ensure prompt client response, including intermediary account managers and premier client manager<\/li>\n<li>Managing Third Party Administrator \/ admin support relations<\/li>\n<li>Controlling, monitoring and supporting clients in the Coronation Online Services secure environment<\/li>\n<li>Following up with potential clients and leads<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of Saleslogix<\/li>\n<li>Recognizing service delivery failures and managing the resolution of these<\/li>\n<li>Following up on returned e-mails and post to maintain accurate client data records<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on activities to manager<\/li>\n<li>Must have an \u201cI can\u201d mentality \u2013 constantly looking for opportunities to exceed clients expectations<\/li>\n<li>Must be a detailed individual with a thorough understanding of financial instruments, supported by the relevant qualifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a \u2018student of the market\u2019 as well as have an understanding of products<\/li>\n<li>Ambitious, highly energetic and keen to take on additional responsibilities in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Must have initiative and the ability to act pro-actively.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a self starter.<\/li>\n<li>Should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work in a team environment, where each person is encouraged to be accountable for their actions<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build outstanding relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think \u201con your feet\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/coronation.erecruit.co.za\/candidateapp\/Jobs\/View\/270913-2\/Retail_Client_Services_Consultant_%E2%80%93_2_year_graduate_contract\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Location: Cape Town<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To provide excellent call centre support service to our clients with their investment related queries, both telephonically, written and face to face.
