\nOverview An exciting and challenging career opportunity is available in Telesure Group Services Durban branch within the Contact Centre discipline. The Contact Centre Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by providing an after-sales service to customers, as well as utilising cross-selling opportunities of new products, and furthermore, to ensure the data integrity of client information and to build and maintain client and broker relationships and to deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities Key accountability areas included in the domain of this position, are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Operational \/ Technical \/ Financial Results:
\nAttain and exceed the set sales targets (upselling) e.g. amendment SPV, re-instatements etc
\nEnsure effective time utilisation<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Personal Competence Results:
\nEnsure effective updating of own product and system knowledge
\nFAIS compliance and \/ or undergoing training<\/p>\n

Innovation Results:
\nContribute to optimising work practices and procedures<\/p>\n

Relationship Results:
\nEffectively build and maintain relationships with service providers, colleagues and clients<\/p>\n

Customer Results:
\nEnsure continuous availability to service clients through dealing timeously with enquiries and requests
\nProvide accurate information to client and brokers, and keep them informed of new product developments
\nAdd value to clients through the assurance of adequate coverage
\nResolve issues at first point of client contact (or know where to refer for resolution)
\nEnsure customer satisfaction and customer retention<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Minimum Job Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n

The successful incumbent for the above position will have the following profile:<\/p>\n

Standard 10 \/ Grade 12 pass
\nMinimum of 2 years call centre experience preferably in the financial services industry.
\nHave passed the FAIS Regulatory 1 exam should the candidate have previous financial service experience.<\/p>\n
