Qualifications<\/p>\n
Have completed a National Diploma \/ Degree in Information Technology: Engineering \/ Computer Systems or equivalent and be able to demonstrate good academic record and achievements<\/p>\n

\nApplication forms must be completed in full and copies of academic records must be included;
\nNot have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme;
\nHave no work experience in the field of study;
\nA recent graduate (2011-2013);
\nConsidered a youth (18-27 years);
\nVerified qualification certificate and no criminal record;<\/p>\n
\nTo effectively perform IMACD Requests within the scope of the SLA
\nTo update, resolve or close incidents and requests on the service desk system on a daily basis
\nTo perform project related activities and tasks
\nTo perform ad hoc activities for other service lines as required<\/p>\n
\nComputer literacy (MS Office \u2013 basic Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
\nMCITP (Support technician) \u2013 advantage
\nA+ and N+ (advantage)
\nTechnical skills (software and hardware)
\nLocal Area Networks knowledge
\nMicrosoft Operating systems knowledge<\/p>\n
