ASSISTANT HR OFFICER REF NO: AHO\/HRM02\/2014\u00a0(12 Months Contract)
\nSALARY : R16 963 34 per month (including 37% benefits)<\/p>\n

CENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 and National Diploma\/Degree in Human Resources Management NQF
\nLevel 6. HR Interns with 6 Months experience are encouraged to apply. The
\nincumbent must be able to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
\nMust be Computer literate (specifically MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other
\nsoftware packages), Excellent Organizational and planning skills, Accuracy and
\nattention to detail. Must be self-driven, innovative, creative with flair in dealing
\nwith people. Good Communication skills both verbal and written, Knowledge of
\nPFMA, EPMDS and procedures, PSA Act and Public Service Regulations.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

DUTIES : Administer the implementation of performance management development
\nsystem*Provide advice on the development of performance agreements and
\ndevelopment plans*Provide inputs in compilation of performance management
\nreports*Provide logistical support to the PDMS Committees [Coordinate booking
\nof venues for moderation sessions, Compilation of packs, Schedule units for
\nmoderation sessions and confirm availability]. Advise and attend to enquiries
\npertaining to Employee Performance Management and development*Develop
\nand manage a database pertaining to Employee Performance Management and
\nDevelopment*Ensure effective management of PMDS and probationary
\ninformation & risks*Provide general administrative support and perform other
\nadhoc duties as assigned. Collection and safe keeping of relevant and critical
\ndocumentation that relates to the unit. Liaise with internal stakeholders and other
\nsupport staff for operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
