ADMINISTRATION CLERK 3 POSTS
\nSALARY : R148 584 to R175 023 per annum (Level 6). In addition, a range of competitive

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 Certificate with relevant experience in a Customer Service
\nenvironment \u2022 A tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 will be an advantage \u2022
\nProven client focus and orientation experience \u2022 Sound interpersonal skills \u2022
\nHonesty and integrity \u2022 Basic computer literacy and numeracy \u2022 Good written and
\nverbal communication skills \u2022 Willingness to work extended hours including
\novertime weekends and shifts are critical \u2022 Applicants appointed to work in
\nMobile Units may be exposed to environmental factors (rain, sun, cold etc) \u2022 A
\nvalid driver\u2019s license will be an added advantage \u2022 Preference will be given to
\ncandidates from the local area where the post is located.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for, amongst others, the following
\nspecific tasks: \u2022 Serve as a direct point of contact for clients \u2022 Assist clients in
\ncompleting application forms and verifying that they are filled in appropriately in
\naccordance with DHA requirements, standards and guidelines \u2022 Execute Civic
\nServices Front Office application processes \u2022 Resolve problems or complaints
\nwithin scope of the work area \u2022 Assist with any duties required by management in
\nthe quest for client service excellence \u2022 Provide highest level of prompt and
\nfriendly client service \u2022 Render services in mobile units where required \u2022 Ensure
\nand assist with the rolling and capturing of Finger-prints \u2022 Update the Track and
\nTrace system \u2022 Receive and sort enabling documents \u2022 Serve as a point of
\ncontact for clients \u2022 Assist with the verification and processing of clients
\napplication forms in accordance with DHA requirements, standards and
\nguidelines \u2022 Execute Civic Services back office application processes.<\/p>\n
