To manage, lead, and facilitate all communication related to the enterprise business units (mainly C-level communication) and the transformation projects.in the enterprise business unit<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide the necessary support services to enable effective project management.
\n\u00b7 Provide effective communication of the projects across Vodacom.
\n\u00b7 To create different types of communications (like slide decks, emails) to key (C-level) stakeholders on enterprise wide topics
\n\u00b7 Proactively manage input of communications by building a content library
\n\u00b7 Develop and implement communication platform for the enterprise business unit
\n\u00b7 Proactively explore new ways of communications including social media
\n\u00b7 Present key information of projects to relevant internal and external stakeholders
\n\u00b7 To conduct quality checks and evaluations on whether deliverables meet the objective of the projects.
\n\u00b7 Facilitate effective communication between key project resources by convening, initiating, planning and scheduling project review meetings.
\n\u00b7 Enable sound communication to ensure alignment and cooperation with other project management groups
\n\u00b7 Ensure that project delivery is well managed, reported and controlled (time, quality, cost)
\n\u00b7 Integrate project work through, but not limited to, interfacing and liaising with all relevant groups\/divisions.
\n\u00b7 Communicate project status and issues to relevant stakeholders and if necessary, other areas of the business.
\n\u00b7 Provide key (C-level) stakeholders with the right communication to effectively communicate to the internal organisation and\/or external stakeholders
\n\u00b7 Ensure transparency to the rest of the business regarding all projects and project status.
\n\u00b7 Compile feedback and recommendations to business.
\n\u00b7 Manage relationships with stakeholders.
